What can I say about this past year? Just to think, at the start of ’09 Melissa and I were both working full time jobs. I was at RNews and she was at Van Zile Travel. We were struggling to keep up with our passion for photography while working 40-50, even 60+ hours a week. Needless to say, we were about to embark on a journey that brings us to where we are today. Completely happy and grateful that we get to realize our dreams by doing what we love for a living.

We have met and worked with an uncountable number of wonderful people over the last year. We have shared so many great memories and made lasting friendships. We can’t thank you all enough! Thank you to our supportive families, rockin’ friends and super awesome clients.

2010 is already shaping up to be a great year! It is our third wedding season and we are already running out of dates left open! We look forward to sharing all of our experiences with everyone. Now that we are able to put all of our time into empire west photo we are also able to travel for weddings.
